Free domestic shipping promotion
Priority Shipping is currently free on US retail orders over $50, excluding tax. Shipping estimates are available at checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched during regular business hours (Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays).

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items and packaging to info@prettygoodnatural.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you. If something is missing from your order please contact us at info@aromatics.com and we will do our best to help.

Refunds and Replacements
You may return items in their original, undamaged condition to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement, or equivalent store credit.

Unfortunately we cannot refund any original shipping costs and customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2268 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach CA, 90806. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance, to assure reliable delivery.

When your return is received it will be inspected and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened. If denied, store credit may be applied or the item may be shipped back to the customer.
